Sucanat:
Manufactured by Sucanat Northe America Corp, 58 Meadowbrook Pkwy., Milford,
NH 03055. Sucanat is evaporated cane juice and a wonderful substitute
for icky refined sugars. It is frequently called for in recipes I circulate
around the net, and I'm often being asked about where to get sucanat.
Apparently it isn't everywhere as it should be. If your local health
food store or co-op doesn't carry it, ask them to and supply them with
this address, or write to the company yourself.
