My name is Gretchen Smith and I am a Registered Eating Disorders Counselor in the state of Washington. Renovation Biblical Counseling exists to help people at an affordable cost.

One-on-one counseling is conducted via email, instant message, or telephone at a suggested fee of $25 per session.  In-person counseling is $35 for an hour-and-a-half session.

How email counseling works: The person receiving counsel is invited to write as much and as often as desired. Each counselee is assigned a day of the week as a "counseling day".   When that day comes up, I compose a counseling email response to the emails I have received from that particular individual since the last counseling day. Each counseling slot is up to 3 hours, as it generally takes about 1-3 hours to write a counseling email, depending on the number and length of emails I am responding to, and also how much praying and digging into the Word of God (Bible) is needed.

If you cannot send the full amount due to pay periods or other obstacles , flexible payment arrangements are available. In cases of financial hardship, cost of services may be reduced. Please contact me to negotiate.

Payments can be sent weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly so long as arrangements have been made and noted in your file.
