The body is in the neighborhood of 70% water. You need to not only drink lots of water, but also consume foods with a high water content. Most RAW fruits and vegetables fit the bill. Fruits and vegetables are also sources of dietary fiber. It is safe to say that you need to eat a greater percentage of fruits and vegetables than any other food group.

TIP: If you are choosing to eat a fruit, try eating it as a meal in itself or 20-30 minutes before the next course.
