This includes cooked foods, especially over-cooked and fried foods,
as well as pre-packaged, canned, jarred, boxed, enveloped, or otherwise
processed foods. Enzymes necessary for chemical reactions in the body
and many vitamins are destroyed during heating, milling, refining, and
other forms of processing. Such foods have little or nothing to offer
except to fill up your belly and lead to disease down the road.
