Your chances of overeating will be reduced and you are more likely
to be satisfied with what you have eaten. If you eat a little of a whole
bunch of different things, even after you are quite physically full,
your appetite may wish for more of some of the selections it only got
to taste briefly. Choosing fewer items means larger portions of the
items you do choose. In addition to all this, the fewer kinds of food
you eat at one time, the easier it is for your body to digest it.
