| Christians,
more than any other people, ought to be full of life and vitality. We should
be and can be on the cutting edge when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.
This site is committed to teaching the Church a wholistic approach to human
healthcare, highlighting wellness through faith in our God in conjunction
with a clean, natural, plant-based (vegan or not) whole-foods diet, free of artificial ingredients,
preservatives, drugs, hormones, and pesticides. With these pages, I seek
to expose the deadly deception contributing to the eating habits practiced
by Christians and non-Christians alike in today's developed nations, as
well as encourage you to reap the wonderful whole-person benefits of good
nutrition. My goal is to deliver non-technical yet valuable information
that will impact your whole being--body, soul, and spirit.

Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity] because the days are evil. Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is. (Eph 5:15-17 AMP) ![]() |
