Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full.

Eat a fruit or vegetable at every meal.

Reduce or eliminate animal products.
If you eat meat or dairy, use only as a flavoring
or condiment.
Use spices instead of fat, sugar, and salt to
enhance the flavor of food.
Seek foods without artificial colors and flavors,
chemical additives, preservatives, pesticides, hormones, or drugs.
Drink distilled water and other fluids between
meals.
Chew food thoroughly.
Choose 1-3 items per meal.
Decide what you will eat.
