Customer Comments: rating=10: Best book for its information on the subject out of all the books that I have read on the of chemical sensitivities, this book is by far the best in print. Most or all of the research and information are 100% correct. I would recommend this book to anyone that has chemical sensitivities or knows someone that does.

A fitness book that doesn't claim to make things easy, or to get you in shape in just "five minutes a day!" Liz and Suzanne know their stuff, and they're willing to be blunt about what you need to do to get (or stay) in shape. Basic enough for beginners (including some nifty illustrations), and after years of reading fitness magazines cover-to-cover, I still learned something! Leave the dummies to their exercise gadget infomercials... buy this book!

Bailey's helpful book can help any woman determine her own best fitness and fat control program. As always with Bailey's books, the science is up-to-the-minute, and the specific applications have been validated repeatedly with his audiences and workshop participants.
Customer Comment: rating=9: a wonderful progressive listing of workouts for swimming if you want to get fit in the pool, the best way to get there is have a plan. this book is the plan. with over 100 mostly progressive workouts, this can (over time folks) take the beginner to intermediate or advanced levels of swim fitness. To enter the pool without a workout plan is the easy way to not get a good workout. Brem's book will help you push yourself.

Customer Comment: rating=10: Simply put, there is no better book for beginning or intermediate weight trainers (and advanced trainers better already own it). Whether your goal is toning, bodybuilding, training for sports--whatever--this is the must-have book if you use weights to workout.

This book is destined to become a bible for people with eating disorders. This book offers the basic steps you learned about nutrition in home economics class and tells you how to use those steps in your everyday life. You learn something as you turn every page. There are no diet plans, no quick fix to losing weight and no pills involved. This book is written with Oprah's testimonials from her heart. She is a true inspiration to those of us who struggle on a daily basis to change our lives for the better. Bob Greene has made a tremendous impact on her life. Thank you Oprah and Bob!

That all I can say is WOW and THANK YOU!!!! I really needed this book! This book is not just for the "body builder" it is for anyone who desires an awesome, perfect body. This book IS for everyone!
