This book contains just about everything one wants/needs to know about St. John's Wort. When I read the book, all of my questions were answered, and then some! Dr. Cass didn't miss a thing! In addition, I found the listing of Appendix B - Natural Medicine Resources to be most helpful.

My weight has reduced from 177 lbs to 156 lbs. More strength, better nightly rest, no more prostate problems, no more heart murmur, clear complexion, more relaxed in daily actions.
