You know how it is when you come in from work and you're dead tired and ravenous and you just don't have the energy to cook anything? Well, if you can face boiling water, you can make almost any of these dishes in the time it takes the pasta to cook. Everything is super easy, fast, and delicious, and good for you to boot.
