| 2 | T. lemon juice |
| 2 | cloves crushed garlic |
| 1 | T. chopped parsley |
| 1/4 | c. grated parmesan |
Blend in food processor or blender. I love to put it over fusilla pasta with cut up broccoli, red peppers and chopped carrots. Very pretty to look at, to boot! I very lightly steam the broccoli because I don't like the taste of raw broccoli. To each his or her own!
