FRESH FRUIT SALAD

The Basic Salad:

1 orange or Satsuma tangerine, peeled and sectioned
1 crisp apple, cored
1 banana, peeled

Optional Dressing:

Juice from 1/2 lime (approx. 1-2 T.)
Dab of honey

The Deluxe Salad, add any of the following:

Fresh pineapple
Seedless grapes and/or cherry halves
Sliced strawberries (when in season)
Blueberries (when in season)
Kiwi, peeled, sliced, and halved
Starfruit, peeled and sliced
Shredded or flaked unsweetened coconut (just a bit)
Raisins
Chopped dates
Nut meats, finely ground in a blender (just a pinch)

Wash, core, and slice or chop all fruits being used into bite-size pieces. Whisk together lime juice and honey; toss with fruit in a bowl and serve immediately. This salad is delicious and well worth the effort, even if you're the only one who is going to eat it.
