| 3 | c. quick rolled oats (I used regular) |
| 1 | c. cooked brown rice |
| 1/4 | c. + 2 T. oat flour |
| 1/4 | tsp. sea salt |
| 1 | T. honey (or other sweetener) |
| 5 | c. water |
Mix together in bowl, then blend batches in a blender until batter consistency. Cook the usual way, about 10 minutes. Freeze well. Makes about 6-8 large waffles.
