OAT & BROWN RICE WAFFLES

3 c. quick rolled oats (I used regular)
1 c. cooked brown rice
1/4 c. + 2 T. oat flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 T. honey (or other sweetener)
5 c. water

 

Mix together in bowl, then blend batches in a blender until batter consistency. Cook the usual way, about 10 minutes. Freeze well. Makes about 6-8 large waffles.
